TERMS AND CONDITONS :

All singing engagements are done by contract.
All deposits and payments are to be made
- to Fuad Sawyer, s banking account
Invoices to companies will be issued when an engagement is accepted
When engaged to perform and outside the radius of cape town all other costs which will include accommodation meals etc will be the responsibility of the events organiser and company.
In the event an artist becomes indisposed due to unforseen circumstances the necessary documentation of a medcal practitioner will be required, and the deposit will be refunded.
Sound equipment is to be supplied unless requested
My performance as a performer is to be loyal and respectful to all engagements and to honour contracts.
In the event i sing for an agency and i sing under their names i will respect the views of the company.
The interest of promoting myself as an artist is also in the interest to enhance companies for their promotion
